Annual Tree Lighting & Blessing of the Animals |

Remember or honor a beloved pet during the holiday season by sponsoring a light on the Humane Society Christmas Tree!
On Sunday, December 7, 2008, at 4 pm, the Knox County Humane Society will have a Tree Lighting Ceremony and Blessing of the Animals performed by Rev. Diane Cooke. The Humane Society is located at 400 Columbus Rd in Mount Vernon. You are invited to attend and are encouraged to bring your leashed pets to receive a blessing.
You can help our tree shine by sending a contribution honoring living pets and remembering deceased pets of your own, or family and friends. A white light will represent a deceased pet and a colored light will represent a living pet.
New! Sponsor a light and give the booklet as a gift for a friend or family member. We'll send the booklet & a holiday card, with a message from you, to your loved one.
To be included in the booklet, all orders must be received by December 5, 2008.
