Dear Humane Society,
I just wanted to update you on Kim and Noel that we adopted just before Christmas. If you remember Kim was the terribly shy gray cat that just didn't want human contact. Well Kim is still a terribly shy cat but she now decides how much human contact she has! She has full run of the barn and keeps the two boys in line (Mangie that we got in the fall, and Carmel that we adopted several years ago from you). Kim comes down out of the hayloft and sits on the top of the horse stalls when we do our evening chores as though she wants our company now- (just no hugging please!). I believe Kim was meant to be a barn cat-she has found her calling! This life suits her just fine. She sits in the hayloft and looks out over the fields and her domain.
Little Noel is doing just fine also. She has full run of the house and has a very high opinion of herself. She thinks her beautiful white fur and bushy tail are her best attributes. She keeps two Golden Retrievers in line and spends most of her days looking out the window and watching the horses, birds, and dogs outside. She still can't imagine how a princess such as herself started out in a cat shelter, but is thankful to the nice people there that helped her find her new kingdom that she presides over.
Kim and Noel thank so much for all the hard work you do!
Jackie and Sarah Johnson
Special Thanks to Kristen and Madison Pennington!
